Nov 18: Welly Walks and 'The Stick Man'
The children have loved going on welly walks and exploring the school playgrounds, the field and the Forest School Area this term.
The children really loved hearing the story 'The Stick Man' by Julia Donaldson! The following week we wondered if they were any stick families living in the trees - so we set out to look for signs of stick people or stick homes!
We think we found some evidence of doors and windows in the trees and maybe some stick people, pretending to be just sticks too!
Winter told me, she could hear some 'stick people moving around behind the door in the tree trunk'!
