Summer 25: Being a chef
Year 3 were visited my Mr Brown, Miss Brown's dad, to discuss his career as a chef. Mr Brown was a chef in the Army for over 20 years! He started off speaking about his role as a chef, leading on to talk about what he does now. The children then played a game of which team could guess the fruit. Four children were then chosen to go to the front as 'mini chefs' who helped Mr Brown cut up some fruit. The visit finished with the children getting mini fruit salads and watching Mr Brown create a beautiful fruit salad.
