My name is Kathy Clarke and I am the Young Carers Lead. Our Young Carers play an incredible role in the family and we are really proud to support these children. We meet termly as a group and three times a year we meet with our Young Carer friends from Orchid Vale and Bridlewood for a social outing.
If you think your child undertakes the role of a Young Carer please read the leaflet attached from Swindon Carers and make a referral. Please also see and our policy.
