The Red Oaks Children's Charter has been created by a group of children from Years 2-5 who were chosen to present the pupil's voice. They have created a box of treasures that shows what learning in a primary school should look like.
In some of the photos they are working with Relaxed via a mobile phone, to get their presentation just right.
Their demands were very high, but with the whole school behind them inputting their ideas at class level, they knew it had to be good!
Click here for a brilliant account of how the Children's charter was made from Mrs M's initial assembly with a large, empty cardbaord box to the finshed movie shown on the large hall screen - penned by Mrs Clarke 'Friday 28th November was truly a very exciting and thought provoking day for everyone in our learning community as Mrs M and I set out with the pupil learners at Red Oaks to create our very unique, electronic Children's Charter...'
The Children's Charter is a joint project being run by
