In June 2009, Red Oaks School became a National Education Trust (NET) Advocacy School.
NET award this badge to schools who demonstrate some or all of the following features:
All around the school there are places of interest, challenge, wonder and reflection
The leadership of the school is committed to an aspirational culture: one of belief that children and young people can achieve more that they might have thought
The 'student voice' is listened to and acted upon

We have already hosted several NET events and over the coming terms hope our relationship with NET will continue to grow and that good practice wlil continue to be shared for the good of our school and community.
