May 09: Bloor Homes' North League Update
After a 4-0 loss to Abbey Meads, Red Oaks finished the season in third place. We were only two points off the top spot and actually had the same amount of points as the team in second place, but due to the number of games that we won we finished the season in third.
A huge thank you to Mr Draycott who has coached the team all year. I think parents, teachers and children would all agree that our success in the league would ot be possible without him.
The final league positions can be seen on this link:

Red Oaks vs Bridlewood 18th March 2009
What another great result for Red Oaks football team! Another win which will continue to help our chances of staying at the top of the league. The 2-1 win is our third win of the season so far. With only a few more games left it is still looking promising for the team, although other schools do have games in hand. Keep your eyes peeled and continue to support the team!

Red Oaks vs Westrop 11th March 2009
A good result this week for the team with a 1-1 draw. Not an easy
match against Westrop this week. They were certainly challenging hard
for the ball and had many great attempts on goal. Aston was really
tested in goal, but made many great saves. There was some great team
work and skills on display, well done boys for the draw - that point
earned is good for the league results so far.
Thank you once again to Mr Draycott and Mrs Dye who both attended the match.
