As part of our English launch lesson, the children used recycled materials to design and construct their own model volcanoes. This hands‑on activity introduced our upcoming work inspired by the Disney short film Lava—and what better way to begin than by creating volcanoes of our own? Our Year 3 pupils showed exceptional creativity and enthusiasm throughout the task.
