Sharing information with parents for pupils with Special Educational Needs

Provision Map

We use a website called Provision Map to create, review and share Individual Education Plans (IEPs) with families of children at the Monitoring or SEN Support stage of our graduated approach to SEND. If your child has an IEP, you will have been sent an invitation to set up your account. Once this is set up you can log into your Provision Map account to review plans and reviews at any time using the following link

Evidence for Learning

If your child has an EHCP then we will share and review evidence against their personal learning goals, including EHCP outcomes using an application called Evidence for Learning. Details of how to set up a parent account are shared by email when your child is set up on the app. If you have any difficulties accessing your account, please contact the SENCO, who will be able to re-send a link to your account.
